The Connectors page lists every external service BandBrain integrates with. Each connection is per-band — connecting Drive for one band has no effect on any other band.
Current connectors
The page answers three questions, top to bottom: where's the tour, where are the documents, and where's the money. Each connector says in one line what you get once it's connected. Using BandBrain from inside ChatGPT or Claude sits separately at the bottom.
Tour
- Master Tour: tour days, venues, schedules, hotels, guest lists (API key + pick tours per band)
Files & documents
- Your band's email inbox (
<yourband>@bandbrain.ai): always on, nothing to connect. Forward anything. - Google: Drive (files), Sheets (read/write), Docs, Slides. Admins connect Google accounts; a band can have several
- Dropbox: files
Money & merch (only Full Access members can ask about money)
- Bank accounts: balances, transaction history and statements (read-only)
- Stripe: transactions, payouts, invoicing
- Square: merch-table sales at shows, $/head, inventory (read-only)
- Squarespace: online store sales, best sellers, orders, inventory (read-only)
- Shopify: online store sales, best sellers, orders, inventory (read-only)
- QuickBooks: profit and loss, expenses, invoices, bills, balances (read-only)
The other way around: AI assistants
- Use BandBrain inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI apps. See AI assistants.
How connectors work (at a glance)
Two patterns:
OAuth-token connectors (Google, Dropbox, Squarespace, Square, Shopify, QuickBooks)
The band's admin clicks "Connect", goes through provider OAuth, grants permission. Shopify first asks for the store's .myshopify.com address. BandBrain stores an encrypted access + refresh token. Tokens auto-refresh in the background.
Stripe
Stripe is in the list like the others: Connect links the band's current account by installing the BandBrain app from inside their Stripe. No Stripe yet? The Create a Stripe account link under it sends the admin through Stripe's hosted signup instead.
Bank accounts
Connect opens a secure Stripe window where you sign in to your bank. BandBrain gets read-only access to the accounts you pick. See Bank accounts.
Removing a connection
Each connector row has a "Disconnect" button. Removes BandBrain's access — the underlying account (your Drive, your Stripe) is untouched and still owned by you.
Re-connecting later goes through the same flow.
Privacy and scope
Each connection is scoped to:
- The folders / files / channels the band's admin explicitly granted access to (Drive, Dropbox)
- Or the connected Stripe account (Stripe) or Squarespace site (Squarespace)
BandBrain doesn't access anything outside that scope. It doesn't pull all of your Drive — only the folder you picked.

Staying connected
BandBrain checks every connection twice a day and tells you if one breaks. See Staying connected.
