What happens next
If you're the first person from your band, you'll be prompted to create an organization. This is your band's workspace — pick a name (usually just the band name, e.g. "Emery").
If you were invited by someone already using BandBrain, the invitation link auto-joins you to their org. You'll skip the "create an organization" screen entirely.
Each band = one organization
One BandBrain organization corresponds to one tour or one band's operation. Each org has its own roster, knowledge base, comms, and connectors. Org data is fully isolated — admins in one band can't see another band's data.
Switching between bands
If you're on multiple bands (e.g. a tour manager who runs two), you can switch orgs from the top-right org switcher. Each org has its own dashboard, its own connectors, its own comms.
Inviting others to the dashboard
Only admins (and full-access members) need dashboard logins. Most of the crew interacts with BandBrain over SMS / email without ever logging in.
To invite a co-admin: go to Roster → find the person's row → click invite to dashboard. They get an email with a link that auto-joins your org. See Inviting people to the dashboard for the full flow.
