/dashboard/inbox is BandBrain's unified conversations view. Every inbound message — SMS, email, web chat — appears here as a thread, most recent first.
What's in each thread
- Sender — person's display name + which channel
- Subject — for emails; the first line of body otherwise
- Last message excerpt — preview of the most recent inbound
- Timestamp — last activity
How to use it
- Audit history: see every inbound across the tour at a glance
- Find a specific past message: scroll or search (search coming soon)
- Confirm a forward arrived: forward an email to your BandBrain inbox, watch the thread appear
What's NOT here
- Outbound broadcasts (those live on /dashboard/comms history)
- Notifications BandBrain sent to itself (audit log, jobs)
- Internal system events (Drive watch fires, etc.)
The Inbox is purely human → BandBrain content.
Drilling into a thread
Click any thread to see the full message body, attachments, and any back-and-forth. The agent's replies (for SMS / web) show inline.
Email threads in detail
Email threads show all headers + body of the original message + any attachments by name. Attachments are linkable; clicking opens the ingested resource at /dashboard/knowledge.
Search
Coming soon. For now, the page shows last 50 threads. If you need older, drill into Knowledge → search for the resource (which links to the parent thread).
