/dashboard/coverage is BandBrain's read-accuracy QA dashboard. It shows, for upcoming show days, which structured facts the agent has populated and which are missing.
What you see
A matrix:
- Rows = upcoming dates (next ~14 days, show + off days)
- Columns = key fields (venue, city, hotel, load-in, doors, set, etc.)
- Cells = ✓ (have it), ○ (missing), or the actual value when short enough
A glance at the matrix tells you which days are advanced + ingested vs which are gaps.
How to read it
Solid columns ✓ everywhere = good
Means BandBrain has clean structured data for every day in the window. The agent will answer questions for these days instantly and accurately.
Sparse rows = recent gaps
A row that's mostly empty means BandBrain doesn't have the advance for that day yet. Action: forward the day sheet to your BandBrain inbox, or update the connected sheet.
Sparse columns = systematic miss
A column that's empty across many rows (e.g. parking empty for every show) means the extractor isn't finding parking notes in your source documents — either they're not advanced, or they're in a non-standard place the extractor isn't picking up.
Cells with old values for upcoming dates
If a field shows a value but you know it's stale, the underlying source might be cached. Re-save the file in Drive or Dropbox to trigger a re-extract.
Use cases
- Daily morning check: scan coverage for today + next few days. Any gaps to chase before they're tour-day relevant?
- Pre-tour kickoff: scan the first week's coverage. Are all advances in?
- Eval gut-check after onboarding: did BandBrain successfully read everything you connected?
Limitations
Coverage shows structured facts (day_facts). It doesn't show the full text the agent can semantically search. So an empty parking cell might still mean the agent CAN answer about parking via search_knowledge — it just doesn't have a clean structured fact.
For truly missing data (no doc covers parking for this venue), you'll see the gap here AND get a vague answer when texting the bot. Both signals point the same direction: chase the advance.
